A catastrophe from start to finish. If you can't handle the bookings then turn people away. It took over 30 mins to take our order. The bottle of house white we received had already had at least a glass taken from it. There was a mix up with our order as another waiter had to come and check as our waitress hadn't put in our order. Over an hour after we walked in the food arrived. However mt partner had already left. I decided to get the order to go. There followed another farce. As the waiter tried to charge me for things we hadn't ordered. We got an apology but no money off the bill. That should have been a given. I say again if you can't cope with the customers please send them away. This was a very poor dining experience that I for one do not wish to repeat.
