Who would think that you could get great pizza in Amsterdam? We saw the reviews on Trip Advisor, and we went to check out the restaurant. The reviews were 100% accurate. Looking down the street, which seems more like an alley, the restaurant spills out onto the pavement. We arrived early enough to get seats inside, but it had to be where the server said that we could sit, even though one side of the restaurant was empty. I'll sit wherever, as long as the food is great, and it was. Our prosciutto pizza was done quickly, and it was better than any that I've ever had on the continent, including Italy. During our time at the restaurant, we saw two people working, the chef making the fabulous pizzas, and one server. The server managed to get people seated, take orders, served the food, and close out checks. They have a wonderful operation.
