Friendly service and great food! However it took 30 mins for the food. It's worth the wait. We had the 3-course meal $25. Good portion size. Will definitely come back. Be aware there is a huge, friendly, greyish, free roaming dog in the restaurant.

Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner!
We chose the 3 courses per person for 25 Euros each option.
Plenty of choice and both us were very happy with everything.
Lovely service and good atmosphere.

Was recommended this place by our B&B owners. The food and beer was so good the first night , we went again the next night! Small, but varied menu with extra 'specials'. Had rib eye steak, partner had moroccan stew and cous cous the first night and then fish special and Indonesian satay skewers the next. Everything tasy, fresh and beautifully cooked. Desserts were wonderful too. Good selection of draught and bottled beers. Staff very helpful, cheerful and friendly. Specials and mains range from around 10 to 20 Euros. Speciality beers 4 or 5 Euros each. Desserts 4 or 5 Euros. Well worth a visit.

Stopped for a coffee to rest for half an hour from much walking. It really is a nice place. The lady working here was very helpful and provided us with lots of great tips and advice for places to ear and visit during our short stay. The hot chocolate and truffle was delightful and prices were surprisingly cheap for good quality.

.. hearty portion traditionally served. The beer is as it should be - I remember it as a student place but they seemed to be a bit absent besides the bar staff but I didn't visit this time in the evening. It is cozy when it is chilly but when the weather warms up it has seating by the canal where you can watch people and boats go by. Rugs provided for stalwart smokers. Toilet clean.
A place to drink a fluitje and read the Sunday papers.
