Our host recommended this restaurant when we asked him about the best local found around and we weren't deceived!
I tried the traditional plate with sausage, bacon, meatballs and mashed potatoes which was great.
My husband ordered the beef filet which was also a success.
As an appetizer we order the home made pate but it was average. We also ordered the mushroom soup and the green peas soup.
Dessert: creme brule and it was yummy!
The bill was around 85Euros.
It is divinely not cheap as other reviewers said.
Definitely to try if you are in Amsterdam!
I ordered a glass of wine and my husband a beer.
