“good food comfy sofas, a must”
Reviewed November 10, 2012

We have walked past Cocos on previous visits but never been in, this time we did. Its a comfortable bar/restaurant with lots of ouside and indoor heating. We stayed for hours as it was so comfy, we had some chook wings and for less than 9 euro you get about a dozen full ones even for 2 ppl its more than enough. We liked it so much we went back the next day for dinner, my partner had roo steak which was amazing i had chicken and ribs the ribs were not as good but the chicken was lovely, and at less than 15 euro each a bargain. 6 til 7 is happy hour for drinks, i had a strawberry dacquiri which must have been almost a pint so well worth the happy hour price of 4 euro ish. All main sports shown on twenty odd screens

“Good food at great prices”

The all you can eat ribs & Chicken for just 16 Euro cannot be beaten. Wonderful chicken and goat cheese Salad, flavoursome cocktails (although Im not sure how strong they are) and great service. Good place for a feed and to watch the game.

“Had a great time watching the NFL in Amsterdam”
Reviewed October 29, 2012

Went to Coco's after emailing to confirm they were showing the NFL games. We arrived and found a few other fans about, and despite a big soccer match playing, they put the NFL on two TV's near the bar. We watched the games which eventually transferred to the big screen when the soccer ended. Lots of beers available, both on tap and in bottles. Had an order of wings which were good, and the burgers are HUGE (large 0.6kg, small 0.3kg) and very tasty. A great Sunday of NFL and pub food in Amsterdam.

“Food lets the place down”
Reviewed October 7, 2012

Came to this place for an early dinner before heading out on a walking tour. Waitress was kind and took our orders promptly. We ordered the chicken pie and beef pie. The chicken pie filling was still cold. The beef pie filling was of poor quality meat. Both our meals tasted like crap.

Beers are nice and cold, cocktails were good.

Decor, drinks and service are the only things stopping me from giving this place 1/5. Truly a poor effort.
