Description: Our bread is made today exactly as it was in the beginning: with only organic stone-ground flour, salt, and water, kneaded and shaped by hand and baked in a hearth under the watchful eye of artisan bakers. We insist on the freshest and finest ingredients. If we can't find them, we make them ourselves. Our shelves are lined with the products we've created: the jams and chocolate spreads on the communal table, the granola in your parfait, the coffee that fills your bowl.

Great fresh brewed coffee, likely the best I've had in years. Excellent fresh bread, rolls and croissants. Wonderful breakfast and lunch.

Quite busy, so we got to sit at the communal table, which even with kids was a delight.

We had some great ham and cheese toasts and some eggs. The bread is truly outstanding! Also, the hazelnut paste was a complete hit with the kids (and their dad). Service was fine.

Had a great experience in Brussels with this chain as well and intend to become regular visitors where they open.

Thanks!

Stopped in for breakfast and found the menu limited and service disorganized. The food was average and not inexpensive by any means. There are many other cafes that seemed more authentic and reasonable.

Interesting place, was expcting a bit more. We had the french toast and croissant with cheese and ham.
If you like traditional dutch breakfast with a bit of French influence then you'll like this place.

This nice restaurant is excellent for a breakfast or a lunch. You can buy a variety of small meals with organic bread, fresh juice and good coffee.
