“Nachos from heaven”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 18, 2013 via mobile

We never had an actual proper meal there... good beer and not overpriced... and we used to order sort of nibble plates to share. Don't miss the nachos!!!

“Good pub, bit disappointed by the food”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 2, 2013

I've had drinks here many a time, and hoped that my longing for a good cooked breakfast would be satisfied by eating here. The breakfast came quite quickly, but the bacon and one egg was slightly overdone, the beans looked like they had been microwaved rather than in a pan, and the mushrooms turned out to be one little mushroom cut into 4!

Bit disappointed as its a really nice pub, this won't put me off drinking here in the future, but will go elsewhere for food.

“Good venue”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 28, 2013

Went here a lot as i was staying in the white tulip hostel (upstairs)
Paying on average 5 euro a pint wherever you go really, but there are happy hours available here. The food is great and would definitley reccomend the guinness and ale pie! There's also free wifi here which always goes down well

“Wi fi works”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 22, 2013 via mobile

Unlike a lot of other places that advertise free wi fi this place actually came through. Very happy. Environment is great and people are very friendly. Drink and crawl upstairs to the hostel
