Description: A unique location in Amsterdam with international allure, a vibrant atmosphere and extraordinarily great food. A blend of Miami, Barcelona and the Cote d'Azur: an industrial location – an old wine terminal – turned fashionably chic. Drop by and be amazed by the immense space (2200m2), the top-notch styled interior, the six-metre-long fish display case, the high quality cooking and the sixteen-metre-long mural from neo-pop art artist Selwyn Senatori. A visit to The Harbour Club is pure and intense enjoyment, guaranteed. High-quality cooking with a dash of playfulness, but always with an eye for detail. Sit outside on the extensive patio, pick one of our many cocktails and enjoy the view over the water. The Harbour Club Amsterdam is located within a five minutes’ drive from the Amsterdam ring road and has 250 free parking spaces available as well as mooring locations for boats. Are you looking for quality in a relaxed environment? Then you will feel right at home at The Harbour Club Amsterdam.

Located in the former east harbour area this is a new trendy lounge bar, restaurant. A rare mix of excellent food and wines, good service (sometimes a bit slow) and a terrific ambiance. I have had a lunch on a sunny afternoon, and perfect dinner on a rainy night.

The Harbour Club is a very nice restaurant ideally set on the water and they have done a great job designing the place but it misses the mark in a few ways. The place is very large but they have cordoned it off so that you have smaller dining areas that seem more intimate. The bar is large and is a good place to meet and have a drink.

The menu is quite good and has a nice selection of oysters, starters, and mains. The oysters were very fresh and enjoyable. They do offer meat for those who do not care for seafood. They have sushi which sounds great but was a miss in the sense it was not great. The soft-shelled crab was overcooked and tasted more like hot oil than crab. The fresh fish was very good and well prepared. The wine list was good and had a nice selection.

Service was mediocre at best. Their desire to be perceived as the hottest restaurant in town left many tables open and this still did not compensate for the sub-prime service. It is always interesting (and laughable) to me to see business trying to evoke a level of sophistication and exclusiveness fall on their tails.

Upon arrival you have a great parking (FREE parking) lot including "Valet Parking". Decor of the outside terrace and inside is really nice and well done! During our visit we had 5 different waiters and all off them lacked being service minded. We were with an International group of friends and our first disappointed was the fact they do not have an English menu? Menu's that were handed over were ripped and dirty. We ordered different starters to share but only up to the moment they served the food they realised that we needed small plates. (it's al in the preperations) After we were finished only half of the dirty plates got cleared and we needed to wait for 20 minutes to order our desserts and waited 20 minutes for the desserts to be served. At that time the table was still filled with dirty plates. For a prestige club that they pretend to be they need to work on their overall service because location and food is beautifull. It's not the cheapest place in Amsterdam to hang out so please work on your service as that is what makes people come back! I have had several options with the company I work for but will think twice before I will book a large group at Harbour Club Amsterdam and that's a shame!
