The staff were so rude here. I took my elderly mother here who couldn't climb the stalls and they said "you either sit there or at the bar. There are no tables left" and they walked off. They saw her struggling to get on a stall and still didn't help and ignored us. My mum found a seat outside when we were leaving and we ate there but I thought the staff should have suggested that. Had to chase useless staff to pay the bill. The food was very reasonably priced and tasted great. Just a shame about the rude arrogant staff that let the place down.
We went there based on reviews on trip advisor. Took ages to find because location on trip advisor is wrong. It is in opposite direction to map, if facing museums, go left on the street.

This is a place packed with locals and a waiting list that requires 30 minutes or even more to get seated but it is worth it.

One of our favourite seafood places. Great menu selection, prawn/mango salad, or tuna. Reasonably priced wine for about 5 euros, small and busy but also friendly service. Freshly cooked on the grill and the back of the restaurant or the cold plates assembled at the front of the shop. Can get very busy so suggest reservations for more than two.

My wife and I ate a 1:00 PM lunch at the Seafood Bar. Our tongues were delighted during our stay, and our bellies were comfortably full after we left. The prices were fair unless you indulge in one of their more exotic offerings.

We returned the next day to take away an order of shrimp croquettes to enhance our picnic dinner.

Having had this restaurant recommended to us we decided to try it out. A very good selection of fish and seafood (also menu is available in English). The mackerel was of a very high standard in a lovely sauce. Delicious bread served with the meal.
There was a great atmosphere and every time we walked past it it was always busy!
Will definitely go back!
