My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights. Most of the staff were very friendly especially Lee (Scottish guy?) who gave us a map and showed us the best way to get to the town centre. Very helpful! The location is excellent, away from noise but tram links are a 2 minute walk to take you right into the heart of the city, there’s also a couple of food grocery shops nearby. The rooms were nice and clean although they did look like they could do with a lick of paint a new carpet but other than that, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is ok but not great. I thought since we paid extra for this that here would be a bit more hot selection, really only thing warm is boiled eggs and toast, the rest is cold meats, salad and pastries but did the job anyway. Overall, enjoyed our stay here and would probably stay again if we visited Amsterdam!
