Le Quartier Sonang definitely lives up to its reputation as the best B&B in Amsterdam. Frank and Oki are excellent hosts who treat their guests like their friends and family. The B&B is located in a quiet neighbourhood conveniently reached by bus 197 from the airport, and within walking distance to the museum area. There are only two guest rooms, both on the second floor. We stayed in the ‘Chambre de Ville’ which faces the front street. The room is very spacious, clean and equipped with everything we need (fridge, coffee machine, kettle etc). And the bed is so comfortable, the best I've ever slept in. Every morning Oki would personally serve a sumptuous breakfast in our room, and he would go through our itinerary for the day, giving lots of suggestions for us and letting us know the weather forecast when he knew we were going to visit Keukenhof and Kinderdijk. The four-night stay made a perfect start to my holiday and I definitely have no regrets choosing it.
