The hotel is about 500m away from train station (amsterdam centraale). So you are in the center of Amsterdam and that is the first advantage of the hotel. The second advantage is the price ,so it is best money for value. It says 3 stars hotel and it is a 3 stars hotel indeed. I booked via booking.com, no extra charges BUT the room was unacceptable. It was near the reception (121) and has a lot of noise as everyone comes outside the room to go to other rooms. Additionally the language room guard was next my room ,so extra noise from people. The room was clean but very small although had double bed which was very very soft , so my back get pained. Bathroom was ok, big and wide. Mini bar and desk there were. Wifi is free but very very slow , only internet pages you can surf and with patient. Stuff was very polite and spoke English. Heating system working good. There is a window but it looks in a common area. Generally everything was nice except the extreme noise due to the location of the room.
