I would guess this bridge is on every guide's walking tour of Amsterdam. It is in a great area to see lovely homes and houseboats. The bridge is just for pedestrians and cyclists; be sure to watch for the bicycles before you step out to take that perfect photo. This white wooden bridge connects the banks of the Amstel River at Kerkstraat. The bridge you see today is not the original. This replica has been around since 1969 and was opened manually until 1994.
