My credit card has been double billed and it took a very long time to get the money back
The same happened to my colleague who was on the same business trip with me
I have an impression that the hotel deliberately targets businesses by double billing them in hope that the second transaction will not be discovered
When the hotel returned the money back, because of the fluctuation of the exchange rate Euros/Pounds, I was credited with less money then I should have been – the original transaction was in Euros.
As a result my company made a loss, very unpleasant situationMore
