This is one of the must places to visit while in Amsterdam. If you like beer you’ll love this place especially the free beer at the end of the tour!

I sent his online as a thing to do, so thought we would give it a try. It was so interesting. Starts of telling us about the history behind making Heineken and more information about the four ingredients that go into the lager. Then there’s interactive games to play during the tour which is so much and a laugh with your friends.
Also you get free taste of the lager!!
Better off buying the tickets off a website/app called getyourguide - you get cheaper tickets and you can skip the queue.

We visited Heineken experience during our 2nd trip to Amsterdam. We thought it was too touristic, but then decided to give it a try. It was so fun, entertaining, staff was helpful and everything was well planned during the tour. We learned a lot about beer & enjoyed our time there. Definitely a “to do” experience in Ams.

We went here for my partners birthday so he was delighted to get a present at the end of the tour!
Good experience with plenty of tasting to do, nice bar at the end.

Super fun time checking out some of the history but the interactive parts were entertaining. There are a bunch of reviews and comments that it's a cash grab....duh...what do you think it is? You can be green screened into some fun vids and pics which are emailed to you for free. You can get custom labels(real labels) put on bottles as souvenirs for like 6 euros and the gift shop has some decent quality items for decent price.

The bar where you get your token "free" beers is obv the best part. We spoke with 2 cool bartenders who had some knowledge about the "wild" yeast from Patagonia and how it gives the wild lager its distinct spice and taste. And hey, not everyone like heineken so if you're lucky you get to drink theirs too!

Great fun if you have a few hours spare. The tour takes you along a weird and wonderful route around the old Brewery. Not to mention the free Heineken you get along the way.
Would recommend taking one of the Heineken canal boat tours which can be a pretty good pre drink before entering the factory

A waste of money, the only good thing about the tour was you got two free beers. The tour was flashy lights, and odd videos. You weren't taught much, you would be better off visiting the local brewery where they show you how they actually make their product.

Really enjoyed the Heineken experience, however it’s not exactly what I expected. There was a little bit of a “Factory Tour” but it was not as in-depth as I thought it would be. A few random experiences that were cool but not necessary.
The bar at the end was cool, although I think the security guard forgot he was at work as he was hanging around with a bunch of girls behind us taking selfies and letting them throw themselves at him. Put me off my beer a bit...
Overall, pretty cool experience. Worth the visit.

If you want to go to learn about Heineken's brewing process, don't even bother. You won't learn much during this experience, especially about the process of brewing. This is more a collection of fancy (but slightly underwhelming) activities lined up one after the other, which would be more interesting to tourists who are looking for a reason to post something on social media. You'll learn a bit about Heineken's history, but that's about it. Having said that, its not bad purely as an experience.
