French expat in Amsterdam I quickly discovered how full the city is with "Brown/Eet/Grand Cafés" that offer a wide range of easy meals with no culinary suprise. Also how, in much of Amsterdam, having dinner in a restaurant was for me downright expensive.
Until I went to La Vina, where I regularly experience the best price/quality dinner. The Chef reinvents French and Spanish dishes with the right twist of modernity without losing the authenticity of their taste.
If you’re overwhelmed by the 3 courses menu, opt for their pinchos and sample a range of delicious bites such as oysters, the artichoke/spinach/parmiggiano dip (my favorite) or the tortilla of the day.
Oh and by the way, all of that is always accompanied by specially selected wines.
So, La Vina...Experience!
