We stayed here for three days mid september. The reception from all the female staff was poor, they all appeared bored with their job and their guests except for the housemaid who was pleasant and helpful as were the male staff we encountered. The room had uncomfortable beds, tired flat pillows, very poor lighting and tired furniture. There was no safe in the room, we were told to store our luggage "over there" and tossed a key. The carpet was dirty with spills that had not been properly addressed, it needed shampooing. The shower was dangerous as it fluctuated from scalding to cold every time we used it.
On the up side, the breakfast was very good and the air conditioning great (seems to be a problem in alot of european hotels) and was reasonably clean. The great thing about this hotel is its close proximity to sights and transport.
A place to crash but not comfortable.More
