Stayed there for 4 nights, first time in Amsterdam - ideal location and great rooms, friendly staff too. The hotel is on a quiet street, very close to the main square and centre, loved our king bed and nespresso machine in the room! Would happily stay again, thanks, had a fab time!

We have just returned from a trip to the bulb fields and stayed at the Radisson Blu , this hotel is in the old town and is very central to everything. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is very good, staff friendly and helpful. It is worth walking out of your hotel, as there are lots of restaurant's and cafe's at hand, we did eat at the hotel one night, it was OK but nothing special.

We were extremely impressed with the high level of service this hotel provided. They were so courteous, warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The family suite was large, had a free minibar and was clean and modern. The breakfast buffet is excellent too. The hotel is in a quiet street and in a fabulous location for visiting all the tourist spots. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

We got a fantastic deal, so we booked the Raddisson, the hotel was lovely, very clean, and all the staff were very professional and friendly.... It was weird at first that there were two buildings, but it all flowed.

Its in a great location and very central...

The food was amazing, and very tasty...

I would definitely book this hotel again.... And thoroughly recommend it... There was nothing to fault it...

Booked there because of a conference, paying a lot for a standard room. The "maritime" room was like a dungeon and one that hadn't been updated since the early 1980s. There was little light, no room for clothes and stains on the bedspread. At more than $320/night, it was a bit shocking. I don't mind a budget hotel experience, but not at that price. The good news is that when we went to the front desk to nicely inquire about other options, we were given a complimentary upgrade to a gorgeous room in the South building. It was airy, light, modern and completely updated --- literally like another hotel. The breakfast is good, and the free Wifi is reliable. Only complaint is that service can be slow to nonexistent. I went out for several hours and let the front desk know the room was ready for cleaning. The housekeeper was on my floor when I left. When I returned, the room was still dirty. Had to leave whilst it was cleaned after I called a second time. The next day, the housekeeper did not replenish the coffee. I asked twice for it to be replenished -- it never happened. We ended up going to a local market to buy some. Other than that, the location is excellent and is within walking distance of the majority of the best places, including Rembrandt's house which is a five minute walk away. Be sure to check out the Cafe de Jaren nearby and get a table on the outdoor deck overlooking the canals.

Room Tip: See if you can get a "business class" room in the South building. Avoid the Maritime stand...

Second visit to this hotel, this time with friends staying one night only. Neither couple disappointed with the accommodation, ideal central location and excellent friendly and helpful service by the staff.
Did not eat in hotel (breakfast 25 Euros !) as numerous places located close by catering for all your needs.
Would be recommending hotel to friends and colleagues and will be returning again.

Hotel allowed us to leave bags with them when we arrived in the city early morning prior to check in. Then after check out the following day so we could explore the city freely without luggage in tow. - makes a big difference and positive to the hotel and to our trip.
