I have just come back after spending two nights in this gorgeous hotel. We had a corner executive room which had excellent views on both sides of the room looking out on to amsterdam, was very nice to wake up to! As the weather was freezing over the weekend, after being out in the city all day we made use of the spa facilities which were top notch. All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. It is a little out of the centre but is right next to the tram line and you can pick up at 24 / 48 / 72 hour tram pass so you can get on any tram and travel round amsetrdam easily if you dont fancy hiring a bike. You can get the tram passes on the trams but usually only have limited available so best to get it from one of "tickets and tours" shops (theres lots of these in amsterdam). I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would reccomend this hotel to anyone! The breakfast was also brilliant lots of choice, fresh fruit, english breakfast, pastries and noodles!! If I went back to Amsterdam I wouldnt want to stay anywhere else!

We had a wonderful stay at the Okura Hotel Amsterdam. Its clean and well priced also hosts some fantastic restaurants. We stayed in the Deluxe room which was well laid out, spacious bathroom and comfortable. The staff were excellent! Very helpful, friendly and professional.
I will most definitely stay there again.

Second visit to the Okura and still a fantastic place to stay., comfortable rooms and excellent service. A great place to stay 10mins cycle into the centre of town a really good base for exploring the different areas of Amsterdam. Great bars and restaurants too, and lovely staff.

Lovely hotel, stunning room and bathroom. Excellent service. We stayed in executive room and had magnificent view of Amsterdam. Executive lounge was nice, not as much of a selection of food and drinks as others we have had. We eat in the brasserie restaurant it overall a wonderful experience. Breakfast was one of the best we have had. The tram stop is about a 10 minute walk away from the hotel.

I was here for a conference and stayed a couple nights before. Meals are really expensive - recommend either going across the street to the Pain Quotidien or just down the street to the supermarket and grab a tub of yogurt and bread. However, staff were fabulous and the bar on the main floor is also a great place to grab a drink.

Truly enjoyed this hotel. I had a large corner room with a view of the city, a church, and the canal. The room was very large, particularly by European standards. The bathroom had a separate shower, tub, and dual sinks along with shelves for storage. Large desk area with good functionality. Large closet, safe, and plenty of extra storage. Turndown service nightly with robe and slippers. In addition to room service and the hotel restaurants there are many restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was included in my room rate. The location is outside the center of the city, but reachable by public transportation. The tram is very close to the hotel. The hotel is a great value.
