Our stay at this hotel was marred by the hotel rules that "for hygienic reasons it is not allowed to bring (fast food) and open drinks into the hotel. If it is really for hygience reason they should not allow food room service as well. Clearly it is for monopolistic profit reasons that they do not want hotel guest to bring food into the hotel. The restaurant should then be opened 24 hrs to support the rules.. However it closed at 10pm and when we enquired with the hotel, there was no food available, So we brought back some japanese food from a nearby rest which was about to close and we were stopped at the lobby that we are not allow to bring food into the hotel. The rules are full of contradictions and are unfriendly to hotel guest. Do they expect our little children to stand outside in the cold winter to eat at the roadside?. It's time someone use their head when setting rules. This is rare rule which i have not come across in my many years of staying in hotels all over the world.
