It is "low season" so the hotel seems to be understaffed. Breakfast is no longer servd in the executive lounge. You go to the regular crowded restaurant. During the low season, the value of the executive lounge declines. Non-Dutch workers are service-oriented and helpful. Native Dutch workers at the hotel seem to have an attitutde of "don't bother me" and "if I provide you with service I am doing you anfavor". I have stayed here several times in the past and given a high rating. I no longer can. So next time, I will return to the Marriott Amsterdam. I hope that the native Dutch workers treat the non-nativemDutch workers better than they are treating the guests. I am sadly disappointed inthe attitudes I have beer encountering.
