Will come again just for the comfortable beds.
Easy access to trams which take you directly into Rembrandt square or central. Would recommend.
Food is nice and the selection is great. You can get a mixture of everything.

Our room is not for guest and it will be suitable for conference and seminar. We asked room change. I made a reservation almost two month ago, but this room is terrable and my wife hate it. We hope we get another room tomorrow.

Just back from a 3 night stay at the Holiday Inn. We had a brilliant time. The hotel was spotless and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had such a laugh with Zia in the bar. Zia is a gentleman, was so welcoming and made us laugh so much. The food was excellent. There was a fantastic breakfast buffet and the chicken satay with peanut sauce was so yummy I had it for dinner on 2 of our nights there. Ok, the hotel is a little bit out but the tram station is just outside the hotel and that takes you into city centre in 15mins for 2.80 euros. The beds were so comfy and it was so peaceful at night as it was a bit out of city centre. The hair dyer is really good so you wont need to bring one. You need to bring hair conditioner thou as there are only shampoo and shower gel supplied. The reception staff and porter were really lovely. Aurthur in the restaurant was a lovely lovely man. You are very lucky to have such great staff in this hotel! Please say hi to Zia. We are missing him already. Would for definite stay here again.

We stayed two nights in 5 rooms in the this hotel. Room rents are expensive especially when breakfast and internet were not included... rooms are average size.. person at the reception was helpful though the lady came along was bit stiff in attitude.

Dear Sunil L,
Thank you for taking the time to write a review on your stay.
Depending on the season and occupancy in Amsterdam the hotel room rates in Amsterdam fluctuate. We do however offer different packages on our website which often include breakfast. Our reservations department can always assist you with your booking for you and your family.

I have just return from a wonderful long joint birthday weekend away with my boyfriend. We had a lovely stay in the holiday inn really clean rooms, great customer service and a fantastic selection of breakfast choices. Really good location to the RAI station which is only two stops from the airport station only €2.50 each bargain. The hotel stole great trip passes which we got the 48 hour tram passes. These were such an asset to us, trams stop just along from the hotel and got you to the centre within 20min really simple to use and very regular trams running till midnight. Look forward to our next trip to Amsterdam and we will certainly be staying at the holiday inn again thank you for such a pleasant and terrific stay see you soon!! :)

This hotel is in the financial district and though convienient for office workers visiting their Dutch colleagues, it is tired and needs refreshing.

The rooms are not particularly big with old carpets and upholstery. The bathrooms speficially are in need work.

There are entertainment channels but on a tiny TV and the internet is not very fast. If you are an IHG member the internet is free but if not it is 22 Euros for 24 hrs although joining the membership scheme is free and you can do it on site.

There is a gym and a restaurant and a swimming pool and spa that you can use 5 mins drive away but I prefer to have all facilities on site. Given the plethora of other hotels available in Amsterdam I would not recommend it.

Dear Beau2010,
Thank you for providing us feedback on your stay.
Every year we invest in our property and make improvements. The majority of our hotelrooms were refurbished in 2009. We do have a restaurant on site, Vermont, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also our fitness centre has been renovated in 2013. The spa and pool you have used are not owned by our property.
Your feedback will be discussed with the departments concerned.
Kind regards,

Wonderful staff and quality rooms in this comfortable hotel in South Amsterdam next to RAI Station. Meals were good and substantial but not very international or continental. I would stay there again but the biggest drawback is that the hotel internet does not allow access to the full array of internet sites.

Room Tip: Stayed on the 6th Floor in a regular room and it is very lovely.
