We stayed a week in November are were very satisfied. Check-in was a breeze with the front staff more than helpful with advice about transportation and other questions. The room was fairly standard and their idea of twin beds doesn't impress but adequate. Housekeeping was very good on a daily basis. The room's had a nice desk and another comfortable chair, sufficient wi-fi and modern TVs. The shower was a disaster and I never did get a clean feeling from it. Bad water pressure to say the least.
The restaurant was spectacular, as was the lounge. Two of the staff in the lounge were particularly impressive, Nouri (?) and Killian. They made the stay all the better.
This property is located in the Leidseplein area, less than 100 yards from all sorts of pubs, restaurant and The Bulldog. The tram stop is 50 yards from the hotel. The great location made of for a couple of their lesser attributes.
I would stay here again though, and fully intend to in the future.
