i stayed with my family of 5 the first week of august ,due i use to stay & work in asia its difficult to compare with the asia hotels ,and for Dutch standards its rated as excellent .
just some constructive feedback from my 7 nights stay
-the shuttle bus pickup service was great ,nice smiley and friendly driver ,you can see that he enjoy his work
-check in was fast and smooth(friendly staff )it seems that they have some work pressure ,the lobby is not 'Grand" and seems that there is some missing Deco on the back counter ,thats my feel ,also a helping hand for the luggage will be nice due had a lot to handle ,maybe i am spoiled !
- breakfast during my stay, everyday fully booked and it was always the same with no variation ,maybe should consider an life egg station where the tea display now is and integrate a asian congee and noodle station ,due i see that at least 70% off the guest was chinese .
also several days we clearly noticed that staffing level is a bit on the low side .
-the rooms where kept clean and tidy for a extra bed in the room the space is a bit small .
-overall its a great hotel to stay ,we loved the area and its easy to walk to the DAM square ,but you can take the tram also .
we will visit Ramada Amsterdam Again
