The location is great, the local cafe was a terrific find. The supermarkets are seconds away. The property has a grotty dishwasher, a large hole in the bathroom sink and a boiler that kept losing its pilot light. The possibility of carbon monoxide kept me awake at night! The flush for the toilet was a plastic flower to make it work. Hmm.
