Located at the northern bank of the river IJ, the restaurants offers a splendid view on some of the city's assets such as Muziekgebouw 't IJ, Central Station, the northern side of the KNSM isle, and, last but not least, the impressive cruise ships mooring at the Amsterdam Passenger Terminal.
The restaurant is specialized in sea food, and has an excellent choice of plates. On Sunday afternoons there is live music - when I visited Stork it was jazz - which is entertaining and not intrusive.
Service is good, friendly, and efficient, prices are very reasonable, and we may recommend in particular the chocolate 'truffels' for desert.
