Description: Welcome to Molly Malone’s; an Irish pub as it should be! Irish charm, Old world hospitality, lovely food, live music sessions, friendly staff and of course loads of craic; Molly’s has it all! Molly's is located in an historic, former warehouse on the edge of Amsterdam's famous Red Light District and just a couple of minutes walk to the Central Station. Our canal-side terrace faces out towards the St. Nicholas church and is a hot-spot for locals and tourists to relax and take in the lazy life of this delightful Dutch neighbourhood. The interior is lined with old whiskey barrels and aged Irish antiques, and the magnificent oak bar captures the spirit of Irish history in the heart of old Amsterdam. We hope to see you soon!

“Great place!”
Reviewed September 10, 2012

Very friendly staff and nice location, cute black cat too. I also had the chance to have the breakfast at this location since I stayed at Hotel France next door, and it was really good.

“Great atmosphere”
Reviewed September 5, 2012

Loved the drinks here. Good pint of Guinness, which can be hard to find. The food is decent enough. The atmosphere starts to build as the evening passes, and it has a few nice tables outside olong the canal. Cant wait to visit again. If you go to Amsterdam and need a good drink. Head here.

Found this pub by chance and had a great meal in it. The atmosphere was great and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Great choice of food on the menu and everything I ate was very good. Would highly recommend.

“Hearty food in a Irish pub setting”
Reviewed July 26, 2012

If you go to Mollys please do not expect gourmet food, you will be dissapointed. If however you accept it for what it is, a pub then you get hearty pub grub. The portions are enormous, you could even consider taking a main for 2 people if you are just after a snack. I have had curry and burger here before and both were very acceptable.

This pub hosts many Expat events too so if you are looking to meet many foreigners then this is a good place. Pub Quiz are held here irregularly on mondays or wednesdays. Live music is often on at weekends.

It is quite dark and hot inside if its a sunny day and it only has a few outside seats.

“Good atmosphere”
Reviewed June 10, 2012

When you can't drink any more pilsner a trip to Molly Malones fits the bill. On certain nights they have live music, this place gets very busy but has great atmosphere.
