Incredibly interesting and such a different and fun museum.
The man at the admission desk was very helpful and funny. He was so eccentric and you could tell he thoroughly enjoyed his job and science in general.
We got 25% off of admission with the i amsterdam card, which I highly recommend.
The museum is 4 levels of fun. It is of course a child oriented museum but very fun for adults too! If you're an adult, I would not recommend going on saturday morning as I did. 50% of the experiments etc. were occupied by kids and their families so I didnt get a go of everything unfortunately!
The small cafe on the 3rd floor is also very nice and affordable.
Be warned, theres a manual open lift (it was an experiment also) that we got trapped in haha It wasnt serious and it was actually quite funny!

Fantastic place for the kids to be hands on with science. My boys are 11 & 13 and they had just as much fun as the younger children.
Entrance prices were quite expensive, but so is everything in Amsterdam

Great Evening Event location for engineers to play while having a chat and a drink. Catering was great in quality - unfortunately lacking quantity... but that was maybe ordered with wrong assumption by ourselves...?

Visited with my grandchildren 4 and a half and 15 months they had a super time. There were copious numbers of experiments they could join in with and watch. Cafes toilets on every floor a must for a visit to Amsterdam with children.

It was hard to appreciate this museum as it was so busy on the day we visited. Our youngest managed to run around and jump on a few items but the waiting time was long. Although there are a few levels, it was like a market place, too many people bumping into each other. The items we were able to see were interesting but our visit was not enjoyable at all.
