Breakfast was really good! Cabins were nice, beautiful hotel. Only the bed was a little bit hard en it was a little bit too warm in the room while sleeping. Room was clean and the shower was really nice.

I had a great time at Yotel, very new, great staff! Parking was easy and getting there too.
For me the bed was a little small as I am 2m tall. It is about 20 min to the boat and then you are in the center which is a great location.

Wonderful stay in Yotel. Located near to the Adam tower and ferry to the city center.

Bed was a bit hard for me but my boyfriend had a really good nap.

Cocktails in the bar are also quite nice. Would come back for sure!

Here is a list of gross things I spotted in this "4 star" Hotel that charged me $200 a night

-oily palm prints on headboard mirror
-popcorn kernels on a sticky floor
-drink stains on bedside table
-stained bathroom glass
-blood/makeup stains on pillow
-brown stain on toilet seat cover???

And to top it off, a broken bathroom door. All documented on my phone

Thank you for leaving your feedback. We are very sorry to read you had a negative experience in our hotel. We would like to offer our apologies for the cleanliness of the room. During our stay-over service we clean the toilet, make the bed, dust and vacuum the room.

We have taken notes of the complaints you made during your stay. We also have reported directly the cleaning and maintenance issues internally. Furthermore we have offered cleaning service at the moment of your first complain, which was declined by you. We are sorry to read that the offered service and compensation was unsatisfactory for you.

The sleep quality is terrible. I was tired all my holiday ..The place of the hôtel is not good too.
When its cold outside is very difficult to go in the center of amsterdam. you have to take a boat for the center ..
