This is, obviously, not the type of place that needs rating, considering what it represents.
This is just to warn the traveller for the need to book in advance. Depending on the time of the year/holidays, waiting could be up to a month. FYI, 200 tickets are released every day at 9am, online, but you must get on the website a couple of hours earlier as there is usually also an online queue.
Even if you don’t get a ticket, the outside location is also special. One can only imagine Anne and all the others who suffered so much being locked up for 2 years, being dragged out of the door on a summer’s day and laying eyes again to such a beautiful spot on the canal front… while in fear and horror of what might come, sadly justified. Very much worth visiting.
Unfortunately, it's annoying to witness so many people standing against that very door, grinning wildly as they pose for a picture or a selfie... surprising they can walk unassisted being devoid of a brain. C’est la vie.
