Owner description: Visit the hiding place where Anne Frank wrote her diary during the Second World War. From 9 AM to 3:30 PM the museum is only open to visitors with an online ticket for a particular timeslot. Tickets are made available on the website two months in advance. The Anne Frank House is a small museum with limited capacity. The demand for tickets is far greater than the number available. If you are unable to buy an online ticket, you can always from 3:30 PM until closing time visit the museum and buy a ticket at the museum entrance.

“Worth the wait.”
Reviewed July 16, 2013

Yes we did need to queue and were a little concerned that it would be too crowded inside to be able to see anything. We needn't have worried as once inside it didn't feel crowded and were able to see everything and didn't feel rushed.

“Long Queue but Worth It”
Reviewed July 15, 2013

We visited Anne Frank's house on Saturday 29th June 2013. As we hadn't pre-booked our tickets we had to queue for about 45 minutes to an hour. Once inside we found it both informative and thought provoking and the entrance fee was very cheap. Would recommend visiting but pre-book your tickets in advance.

“Haunting and educational”
Reviewed July 15, 2013

I think this place and Anne Frank's story serve to remind us of the atrocities people are capable of... The place is haunting as you can easily close your eyes and try to imagine how life was for the Anna, her family and friends while they hid in this house for almost three years. Highly educational for the new generation. We must never forget!
