We spent a weekend in Amsterdam and unfortunately the airline did not deliver one of our bags. Zsa Zsa Zanolie, Guest Relations Manager, went out of her way to help us out and get us some essentials. We were upgraded to a suite and the room was simply amazing. The hotel is centrally located and close to many attractions and restaurants. The room was comfortable and not noisy at all. After spending the day walking, we had a restful night.
Despite the disappointment with the airline and our luggage problem, the hotel definitely made up for it. If we return to Amsterdam, we will definitely stay Sofitel The Grand.More
