This beautiful canal house is decorated like it must have been when their owners, mr and mrs Willet-holthuijsen really lived there in the 19th century, surrounded by treasuries from the 17th century. It gives a vivid impression and so it succeeds in its purpose to be more than a museum. Strongly advisable.
