This is a convenient restaurant, just over the road from where I say.
The "all you can eat" menu represents very good value for money. You get a card with all the menu items on, tick what you want and can come back for an additional 4 times - cannot say fairer than that, I've never got past 3.
The food is good (especially the tempura) and the big advantage is you do not pile up a huge bill like you can do in a sushi bar.
OK, the décor is not inspiring and not all of the waiters speak good English (why should they?, you are in a Japanese restaurant in the Netherlands) but there are nice touches like pebble in the loo (very restful!)
I think some of the reviews are harsh, I have no complaints
