This is the second time we have been to this hotel. Very good for the price you pay!

A big thing for me is location - especially in Amsterdam as I like to explore everywhere on foot. This hotel is not to far from central station and very easy to navigate - close to tram stops also.

Plenty of good coffee shops within distance and the main attractions /bars also.

The room itself was nice and the bed very comfy with a good shower and cleaned every day whilst we were out.

Had a room with street view and you couldn't hear the noise from a busy street within distance.

Will deffinatly return again.

The GOOD
Great wifi connection - one of the best free wifi services I've come across really.

The location is great a bit far from Dam / the Centraal train station but can hop on to a tram which takes you only 10 mins. Superb service from the staff - really goes 200% on your request.

The room is simple and tiny but you mostly are out anyway.

The BAD
The drain in the bathroom isn't working - flood everywhere after a shower. The sink is also overflown too. Perhaps it's only me not liking to step on wet bathroom floors.

Me and my fiance stayed here for 3 nights and loved the location of the hotel, very convenient for everything touristy! The room itself was very clean but small, although that was expected. The bathroom was super nice and very clean, the shower is always warm and the room itself was also very warm. We were on the fifth floor which meant walking up 5 flights of stairs which is probably unsuitable for those that can't climb lots of stairs.

The hotel also offer free water and free coffee which was awesome, very appreciated! Overall, I'd definitely recommend this hotel, the staff are super friendly and welcoming. Ignore the negative reviews.
