The food is exquisitely prepared, as one would expect; last we were there, it had a slight bias towards fish. Being a fixed menu is actually liberating in a sense - you know you're getting the experience as designed.
The location is great - de Pijp is one of the more interesting and diverse Amsterdam neighbourhoods. The restaurant itself is rather small, cozy, with a pleasant, warm atmosphere.
The maitre de, sommelier and the chef are owners together, and very pleasant and informative to talk to.
The wine list is very good, some excellent choices in there.
Both the food and the wines are well priced.
In short - truly highly recommended.
