I just had dinner in this amazing vegetarian restaurant. Coming from New York, one tends to a little jaded with exciting and new restaurants but this one absolutely makes the cut. The soup to the lentil curry to the dessert were all spectacular. The fact it was a nice fall evening and an intimate setting makes it a even more nicer package. I never felt like I was eating in a vegetarian restaurant. The combinations of sweet and sour was exciting in my main course. The Leek soup was so homely and delicious! Who would have thought? Leek soup! I was fortunate to be sitting next to the kitchen and was able to watch Chef Eva work her magic!
