“Bagelicious”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 19, 2013

We read good reviews about this franchise so decided to stop by for lunch. We decided on the Bagel Tapas for 2. €11.90 (€5.95 per person) will get you 2 bagels of your choice, 7 tapas, and 2 drinks of your choice. The bagels were slightly crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. The tapas were all very tasty. They also have good espresso and a wide range of tea.

This branch is about 5 minutes walk from the Anne Frank Museum so it's a great place for lunch after an early morning visit at the museum. Service here was excellent. I would definitely recommend this place.

“Great place for a filling lunch in Amsterdam”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 21, 2013

We visited the Bagel & Beans in Museum Square as it was just round the corner from our hotel. There's plenty of choice (and menus in English too!) - you can pick what type of bagel you want, what type of filling, type of cream cheese, etc. There's nice coffee and plenty of teas to pick from, as well as free wifi. The bagels are lovely and filling, this place was even my first stop after running the marathon!

“Awesome breakfast”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 9, 2013

We went here after reading great reviews and were not disappointed. Plenty of choice and really reasonably priced.
Nothing special from the outside but well worth a visit. We got in just in time as got very busy, easy to see why!
Staff friendly and helpful.
Will definitely visit again next time in Amsterdam!

“Decent price and value”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 21, 2013 via mobile

Basic bagel stop and go restaurant. Good heathy choices and the best part is the price. The museum district can be pricy so this is a cheap place to pick up a breakfast or lunch bagel. Service can be a bit slow.

“Great for a stop”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 3, 2013 via mobile

We went there because if the gluten free bagels offered (additional 1?). And it was delicious. Though the cafe is not impressive from the outside, it's cosy from the inside. You can get almost all kinds of bagels and drinks you can think of, including a good breakfast. Chicken, vegetarian, sweet... everything. The prices are a bit high with about 3.50-8?, but for us it was acceptable as lunch. We paid about 20? for two persons, but also got ourselves the luxury bagel with chicken, avocado, basil pesto and salad. So I think you can eat there for less. The service was indeed slow, we waited for 20mins though no one else was there to serve. I don't know what took so long. Still I would definitely go there again for lunch or a coffee.
