Very noisy not just workers outside but seemed more like a Hostel with young people coming and going all night banging doors , when I complained next morning staff said to bad should have come down at 1.30 am 3 flights of stairs and told us then, not good enough . A lot of work on buildings around this place so cannot relax during the day time. Can't open windows because the mozzies will eat you, so the room became stuffy and hot.
