The hotel is in walking distance from the train station. The service has been fast and friendly. The room was o.k. and clean. If the breakfast buffet, would have had a wider choice, I would have given it an additional star. The lobby is nice and has overall a good atmosphere.

Had a sort stay at hotel, good free wifi, and althiugh not in city, Tram 4 is easy access to get you to centre. Good comnnection on the train to airport as well. Hotel clean and breakfast was good although expensive like most chain hotels. Will probably stay there again if business in in scipol area. Staff were friendly and good, dinner in restarant was an intersting fusion oin asian flavoiurs not necessarily authentic

This is a very nice, clean hotel with an unbeatable breakfast buffet. We stayed two nights and traveled into Amsterdam and to Schipol airport which was all very easy, just a few stops. We were surprised to find out that a hotel of this size didn't have a pool but one of our group took advantage of the workout room and liked it very much. The room was a nice size with a very large safe where we placed our computer. The bathroom felt a bit outdated and the hair dryer didn't work very well but everything else was great. We were able to make tea/coffee in the room which was nice since it was very cold when we were there. There is a nice gift shop but we were surprised to find it closing up on Sunday morning when we went down to purchase something.
The clerk apologized and said that they always close early on Sunday. Might be helpful if the hours were posted. Staff was very helpful with directions and maps. Best of all was the amazing breakfast that came with the room cost. There was luncheon meats, salads, fresh fruit, a variety of breads and buns, eggs, sausage, bacon, fried rice, cereals, granola, nuts and omelets made to order. I'm sure I left something out but it seemed that they tried to meet the needs of various cultures and everyone there seemed pleased with the choices. we would definitely stay again.

Stayed at this hotel 3 weeks ago with my husband and another couple.we were all impressed with the quality and cleanliness of this hotel ,and we enjoyed our stay of 2nights immensely.the hotel is very easy to reach from central station, just take tram 4to the end of the line. Didn't have the breakfast as we thought it was overpriced ,but found a great place in the city called Allstars, which the staff certainly were especially Ulia. The food was freshly cooked as you like it and a full English with coffees and extra toast was around 22euros a couple.all in all a exellent hotel,a wonderfull city and a most refreshing break

I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It's very accessible from the airport (10 minutes train ride - the station is right near the hotel) and from Central Station by using the no. 4 tram (2.8 euro for a one-hour valid ticket) - very enjoyable ride. Ask for a map at the reception!
The hotel's staff is very helpful and forever smiling (with very small exceptions, but overall they were the best staff I've ever seen).
Small details make this hotel stand apart - great interior design, extensive free TV channel selection (in all possible languages, including Russian, Italian and Spanish), free and fast WiFi. Instant and constant hot water, TV sound connected in the bathroom, BIG safe box (I put the laptop in there and many other things).
If you can choose, take a room at the higher levels, it's more quiet.
One thing to improve though would be the way the room doors close - if you've a light sleep, you'll hear every door closing on the hallway. They could use a soft close mechanism, would've saved me a few hours of sleep.
Gift shop in the lobby, fantastic breakfast selection - again, the best I've seen.
For dinner, have the lasagne bolognese.
I was given the wrong room number when I first arrived, so evidently my card would not open the door; also the remote was not working. But all problems I had were solved without fuss and with apologies. I don't expect to have no problems, they happen. I do expect them to be fixed quickly and efficiently, and they were.
They also ask a 70 euro deposit in advance, of which I had no idea. So have a credit card prepared for that. Also, when checking out you'll see the city tax is only added at that time and removed from the deposit (6 euro/night).

2 night stay, very solid business class hotel, staff very professional and friendly. The restaurant was also good, enjoyed a very nice dinner on both nights. Location wise, the hotel is well situated for easy access to business districts around Amsterdam Zuid, and both the city centre and airport and easily reached by nearby Metro station and tram stop. Would definitely stay there again.

I stayed here for three nights and it was very comfortable. Handy to my office and plenty of amenities. Also close the Schipol Airport and a train station straight into the city.
Restaurant had two styles of menu which gave good variety, and there was a nice gift shop.
