I'v been 3 times to cabana the last 18 months and for me its one of the best restaurants in the area of tilburg.
What i like the most about Cabana is the fact that they change their card with the seasons and dont try to be the typically dutch interpretation of spanish tapas. In fact most of the dishes aren't really spanish at all. So expect things like oysters, aspergus, mushrooms and so on in particular seasons. The card is divivided in cold, warm meat, warm fish, warm vegetarian, soups and specials (like oysters or lambrack). The quality is very good and sometimes even exceptional.
The atmosphere is informal, you can also have a high tea during the day or sit in the cabana beach garden with a cocktail in the summer. So it's more then a restaurant.
So is it worth five stars? I think it is, although there is still room for improvement especially when it comes to overcooking the small portions of meat. Getting it perfect is the key here and they didnt succeed a 100% in that area.
