We discovered this restaurant during the Dutch Design Week festival back in 2011. The restaurant is inside the Piet Hein Eek furniture factory, where other artists and designers have their workshops. True to this, the restaurant has a very industrial style, with eclectic furniture (some from Piet Hein eek, some from varied sources). The food has a focus on local, seasonal produce, organic when possible, prepared in an open kitchen. They have very nice lunch options including soups, sandwiches and cheese/charcuterie planks, and a full menu for dinner. It's quite a walk from downtown, near the Strijp-S complex, but some buses may bring you close. A must visit during DDW.
