The city of Eindhoven - although not the most well-known in the Netherlands - offers quite a wealth of restaurants with different experiences. The Yokohama (close to the main railway station) is one of those choices. I personally would recommend you go upstairs for the warm food. The cooking and presentation of the food right in front of you is entertaining and helps the conversation going. You typically would choose that kind of setting if you want to get "closer" to your (business) partner(s) but would be afraid not to know what to say. Here is always something to remark, to talk about the artful presentation of cooking and space between the courses to talk about ... things. So make it an experience for the others and yourself, you will forget the a little worn-out furniture and the walls that have seen better days. Casual, fun, entertaining.
