The Chef has very sure sushi technology. His experience has been succesfully developed by realy working with Japanese sushi restaurant. Otherwise it is impossible for him to know all kinds of skills. If you really want to enjoy sushi, I recommend to sit at the counter and you can see actually how he prepare all kinds of sushi. The chef really knows the deep technology. I also like the Thailandish menu there. Traditional Tom Yan Kung soup and Thailand style green curry is fantastic !
