Decided to try this one out on a visit to Groningen based on the other TA reviews. As mentioned in other reviews it is a little hard to find on a small street(alley) just off the vismarket, and no lighted sign to guide the way. But once I found it the search was definitely worth the trouble. Great Tapas, friendly service, and really good beers on tap. Overall a great choice. I even went back a second night.

Do you like real spanish tapas? This is the place to be! You can get all the usual suspects of great taste and in good portions, but also a lot of less expected but wonderfully tasting tapas. Everything very fresh and accompanied by a good glass of wine (you can order about 20 different wines by the glass, so your taste is probably there...).

The restaurant is located in an alley which makes it a bit hard to find. Inside however the restaurant was crowded and had a nice, modern but Spanish ambiance (strange videos on the big screen though). We started the night a bit bad because when we reserved they said to us that we could order the tapas we wanted individually but now they were saying that we had to choose between 3 menus because it was very busy. Eventually we tried all 3 menus and the food was very good. Deserts were tasteful but a bit small. The personnel was very friendly (ignoring the false start of the night). Alltogether it was a positive experience so of you want to eat tapas in Groningen I can defenitly recommend you this place.

I've been here with a few colleagues and it was really nice. It is maybe a bit hard to find in the first place, but worth it to go and look for. The food was really nice and we had a vegetarian person in our group, for whom they were able to make a lot of things alternatively in the group menu. It is more than you think and and I think we didn't even finish it all. Very kind service and I would like to come back to try the roof terrace...
