“Superb breakfast”
Reviewed October 27, 2013

We had our breakfast here this morning.
The cafe is in a nice spot on the market square, decor is very pleasant and the welcome warm.
The ingredients are top quality with nice thick bacon and butcher's sausages.
Highly recommended.

“A special place”
Reviewed October 15, 2013 via mobile

We returned recently to this wonderful little cafe after our first visits there more than two years ago. We were still remembered, and that reflects the kind of place it is - exceptionally friendly with the owners happy to chat and advise on walks in the area.

Teas and coffees are good, as are the cakes - I couldn't resist a chocolate one which was really moist and rich and also large! They are happy to wrap up sandwiches to take away which were very good value.

The cobbles tea room enjoys a lovely view over the square and into the countryside. It catches the sun very nicely through much of the day. We really look forward to returning to this relaxing place.

“Beautiful breakfast!”
Reviewed September 11, 2013

I enjoyed a beautiful breakfast in Cobbles this morning! My friends and I all had a variation of what was on the menu. Lovely friendly service and scrumptious fresh, locally produced food. We felt compelled to buy scones for later because they looked so yummy! You should visit Cobbles if you come to Longnor.

“Great value”
Reviewed August 9, 2013

My wife and I had a cream tea at The Cobbles two days ago, 7th Aug 13 interesting location just around the corner from "The Inn at Lampton" (BBC Pride and Prejudice scene), pleasant welcome and prompt service.

A good sized pot of tea for two plus hot water, flavoursome tea, brewed well.

A very good fruit scone, thick tasty cream and a decent jam.

All this for £3.30 per person, great value, well done The Cobbles!
