Colorful cave with rocky trails. Plan to go in the morning. We were in luck to see a group rappelling. Vistas in all directions.

One of the most interesting view of Upper Galilee. It worth to arrive here only for this amazing place.Near here there are a lot of place of interest: Monfort and Goren park, Rosh Haniqra, Acre,Safed. For my opinion is must to everybody , who visit North District

Keshet cave is part of Admit Park. It is a great lookout on northern Israel and interesting cave. It is worth the ride upward on the mountain road. You can do Abseiling in the site

A local guide took us here as we did one day of all the religous sites so asked to see a bit more of the country on another day.
Well its a short walk from the car park and wow, fantastic views, you can see for miles, we met a nice group of locals who offered us a go at absailing in to the cave, but we declined.
We asked, do you bring every one here? No he said as most people just want to see the relegious sites.
Its such a fantastic area its worth travelling about, this is only 8km from Rosh- Hanikra and the grottoes so its worth the visit whilst in the area.

This natural wonder is known as "Keshet Cave" although only a large arch remains of the cave as the cave's roof collapsed long ago. Most Israelis are not familiar with this site although it is listed as "one of the 100 places you must see before you die" and is one of the best places to rappell in the entire country.

The cave is located on the Lebanese border in the northwest corner of Israel. To get there, take road #899 east from Shlomi, turning north on Rd #8993 going to Adamit Park. The winding road eventually takes you to the park where you will park your car and walk the winding, asphalt path down to the arch.

Tourists rarely visit Keshet Cave because it is not "on the radar" and no tour takes the time to go there. However, it is well worth you time and the distance!

Just walking across the arch is a treat. Be sure to take your camera because you will be high enough to have an amazing view of all the upper Galilee region all the way to the Med Sea.
