This is a hotel and conference centre rather than a family seaside hotel. Rooms in the main building are large and well furnished by general three star hotel standards, and were in good condition (Feb 2014). Rooms in the main building are sea facing and can be VERY hot in summer when the morning sun shines directly into them. The lack of air-conditioning in most units make this even more of a problem in the very warm and humid summer. Ceiling fans hardly make the place any cooler. In addition, there are no air extractors in the bathrooms - small windows open from bathrooms to a passage that is used by all - this is not ideal.
Television channels are minimal and very sports focussed - an extended range of TV options would be good. Breakfasts are adequate with the standard sort of breakfast options available - note that the cold meats and cheese are lacking in variety - processed cheese slices melting in the summer heat and one cold meat option. Orange juice is very watered down and almost tastes like cordial.
Public spaces are very clean and well decorated (plastic plants could be replaced with real ones though).More
