Four of us dined here, the first time since the Crown re-opened under new management. The menu offered some good choices at fair prices, 4 of us enjoyed three courses and with a round of drinks the bill was a shade over £100 which we thought was good considering the quality of the food and level of service. The dining room was a little dark and when the door opened there was quite a blast of cold air (January frosty evening). The table was a good size with plenty of space between tables. Service was attentive without being ott. Nice choice of real ales including an Italian on draught and of course Adnams. Plenty of parking space, well worth a return visit.
