Description: Eine Küche mit vielen Gesichtern.

“A bit of South Africa in Zuerich”
Reviewed November 5, 2012

I've been visiting this place on several occasions - here are my findings: pleasant atmosphere, uncomplicated and very friendly service and not to forget really nice food with a great selection of South African wines. In short: very recommendable...

“Very average...”
Reviewed August 30, 2012

Located in upcoming and vibrant western part of the Zurich city, this rather large restaurant in not a particularly attractive street must attract South African expats due to its wild game and African specialties. On the night we visited, the place was pretty much empty, service ok, and food very average. I will not be returning.

“just doesn't live up to what one expects”
Reviewed August 28, 2012

The restaurant looks ok but just didn't live up to my expectations. Another down point is that they don't accept american express which makes it quite inconvenient. Food is ok but not the experience I expected, especially for that price . They do have savanah cider which is nice but unfortunately I can't find many more positives about it

“Great night with perfect meal and good atmosphere”
Reviewed April 1, 2012

For a very busy weekend night, with most tables full, and staff running to meet everyone's needs, it was still a great experience. The portions of the "Good Hope", a mixture of Kudu, Springbok and Gnu skewers, were large, and the meat cooked to perfection. The Grilled Potato was delicious; the drinks menu has a wide selection. The ambience was incredible, because even though it was packed, with everyone talking, it was hardly noticeable.
